Roof coating applied over a properly prepared surface. Free quote across Sydney.
Roof Painting
Roof painting is often the last step of a restoration rather than a job on its own, and that order matters. A coating applied over a dirty, mossy or unrepaired roof looks fine for a season and then lifts, because it never bonded to anything sound.
Done properly, the roof is cleaned back, any broken tiles are replaced, the ridge line is sorted, and then primer and protective coats go on. The finish restores colour and adds a weather-resistant layer across the surface.

We book a date that suits you, do the work, and clean up after ourselves before we leave.

Common questions
Yes, metal roofs can be recoated. The preparation is different from tile but the principle is the same: the surface has to be sound and clean first.
That depends on the product used, the roof's exposure and the preparation underneath. We will tell you what the coating we quote is rated for.
No. Coating is not a waterproofing repair. Leaks get fixed first, then the roof gets coated.
